Once you approve your pin or badge sample, we prepare materials, produce the order, check the details and pack it for delivery. Here is how we carry the design you chose through to the finished badges.

From Sample Approval to Shipment
Each stage has a purpose: carry your chosen design into production, check the result and prepare it for delivery.
1. Start With the Badge You Approved
Your sample gives us a shared picture of the finished badge. Together with the agreed specifications, it becomes our reference for the bulk order.

2. Prepare the Materials
We prepare materials for your design using the approved sample and specifications. The selections made during development carry through into the bulk order.

3. Make Your Bulk Order
We produce your pins or badges to the approved sample and specifications. Bulk production usually takes about 20–25 days, depending on the order and production schedule. Shipping time is additional.

4. Check the Finished Details
We check the products against the order requirements, from the design on the front to the backing and quantity. Any problems we find are addressed before shipment.

5. Pack for How You Will Use the Badges
Your packaging may be a simple individual bag, a branded display card or a gift presentation. We pack to the choice agreed for your order.

A simple separate covering for each pin or badge. - Backing cards and branded packaging
Add your brand to the presentation when the badges will be displayed, sold or given away. - Paper gift boxes and velvet pouches
Choose a box or pouch when the badge is part of a gift or presentation. We will discuss which option suits your product.
6. Arrange Delivery to Your Destination
We can arrange international express, ocean, air or rail shipping where a suitable route is available. We confirm the freight cost, expected arrival and delivery point for your order, including the customs and local delivery arrangements covered by the plan.
- Express courier
An option for smaller or urgent parcels, with delivery to the agreed address where the service is available. We confirm the cost and transit estimate for your destination. - Ocean freight
An option for larger orders when there is more time for transport. We can discuss the route, cost and expected arrival for your shipment. - Air freight
An option for time-sensitive freight on suitable routes. The quotation confirms timing, cost and whether delivery ends at a terminal or your address. - Rail freight
An option on suitable routes when you want to compare transit time and freight cost. Availability, connecting transport and the arrival estimate depend on the destination.
