Make Your School & Club Badges with WisePins

You know what your organization stands for. We help express it in a badge your students, members or team can wear.

1. A Custom Badge Manufacturer

Established in 2010, WisePins specializes in custom pins and badges. Schools, clubs and organizations can choose from our enamel, printed and metal badge range.

2. Our Own Factory

Our own factory has a team of 27 people. We take the approved badge sample and specifications into materials preparation and production.

3. Help with Your Crest or Idea

A school crest, club logo or photo of a badge you like is enough to start a discussion. We help you choose the format and work through the design details.

4. A Sample for Your Team

Your team can see the colors, size and attachment on a physical badge. Once the sample and specifications are approved, we can begin the bulk order.

5. Checks Against Agreed Details

We check colors and artwork, dimensions and appearance, backings, quantities, and packaging. Problems found are addressed before dispatch.

6. Project Photos and Videos

We can provide factory or production photos and videos for the badge project, with the coverage agreed for your order.

Create a Badge for Your Organization

A school crest, sports emblem, university pin or membership badge each has a different purpose. Tell us who will wear yours and what it should represent; we will help develop the idea.

Choose How the Crest or Emblem Is Made

Choose colorful enamel, an all-metal emblem or a printed design. The best starting point is the way you want your school's or club's identity to look.

  • Enamel Designs
Soft enamel creates raised metal outlines around recessed colors; hard enamel gives a smoother face. Both can turn a crest with distinct color areas into a recognizable badge.
  • Formed Metal Designs
Raised and recessed metal gives an emblem depth without relying on printed color. Choose defined 2D levels or contoured 3D relief for a metal crest or commemorative design.
  • Printed Metal Pins
Printing suits crests and illustrations with several colors or blended shading. We help choose the print method and metal base around the details you want to keep.
  • Printed Button Badges
Printed button badges give a team message or event graphic its own wearable face. Consider them for school events, club activities and promotional designs.

Give Your Crest and Wording Room to Stand Out

A crest may combine a symbol, a name and a motto. We help keep the important details recognizable when the design becomes a badge.

  • The Main Crest or Emblem
Keep the central symbol as the focus of the badge. We help balance its size with borders and wording so the identity is easy to recognize.
  • Names, Mottos, and Dates
Add the school name, club motto or an anniversary date. We help choose letter spacing and a badge size that give the wording room to read.
  • A Framed or Custom Outline
Round, oval, square and rectangular frames give a crest a defined border. A custom die-cut shape can follow the emblem itself, where the badge construction allows.
  • Size for the Wearing Position
A discreet lapel badge and a larger bag emblem need different proportions. Tell us where yours will be worn, and we will help choose its dimensions and thickness.

Bring Your Colors and Metal Details Together

Use the school or club colors as the starting point, then choose how the metal border or printed background supports them.

  • Enamel or Printed Color
Solid enamel areas suit designs with distinct color blocks. Full-color printing or gradients may suit artwork that needs blended shading, subject to the selected format.
  • Pantone References
Pantone references help communicate your school or club colors if you have them. The physical sample shows how those colors look with the chosen badge material and finish.
  • Gold, Silver, and Nickel Finishes
Gold-colored metal gives a warm tone, while silver or nickel gives a cooler metallic look. Choose the finish with the crest colors and selected base metal.
  • Darker and Antique Effects
Black nickel gives metal a darker tone, while antique gold, silver and brass create an aged appearance. We help match these looks to the crest and the selected badge format.

Fit the Badge to the Uniform, Lapel or Bag

Where the badge will be worn helps guide the attachment. We work through the fitting and its position with the badge design.

  • Butterfly or Rubber Clutches
A butterfly clutch provides a metal rear fitting; a rubber clutch gives a softer one. Both fasten to a pin post and can be considered for the chosen badge format.
  • Safety Pin Fittings
A safety pin uses a pin-and-catch closure. We check whether that fitting has suitable space on the reverse of the badge.
  • Magnetic Backings
A magnetic fitting avoids a pin post through fabric. Suitability depends on the badge and the material it will attach through.
  • Orientation and Wearing Position
The crest and lettering should sit the right way up when attached. We consider the fitting position with your intended uniform, lapel or bag.

Plan How the Badges Will Be Presented

Hand out badges in individual packs, display them on an organization card or give a commemorative piece its own gift presentation.

  • Individual Poly Bags
Individual poly bags keep each badge and its attachment together. They offer a simple format for distributing badges to students, members or event participants.
  • Backing Cards
A backing card gives your badge space for a school name, club identity or event artwork. It connects the small badge with a larger presentation of your organization.
  • Paper Gift Boxes and Velvet Pouches
Paper gift boxes and velvet pouches suit recognition and commemorative presentations. We match the pack to the badge and its backing.
  • Custom Branded Packaging
Carry the school colors, crest or club emblem onto the packaging. A coordinated pack can make an anniversary or membership badge feel part of the same occasion.

Choose Materials for Your School or Club Badge

The badge style comes first, then the material and finish that support it. We help you compare the construction and appearance for your intended use.

School & Club Badge Ordering Questions

Answers about crest details, samples and planning an order for your school, club or association.

The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces per design. Different designs are counted separately and cannot be combined to reach the minimum.
Sample fees are quoted for the design, process, and quantity. Sampling usually takes about 10–15 days, with approximately 10 additional days if a new mold is needed. Timing depends on the design requirements and order specifications. Learn more about sample development.
Bulk production begins after you review the sample and confirm the specifications. It generally takes about 20–25 days, depending on the order requirements and production schedule. Shipping time is separate. See how production and delivery work.
Often it can, but the badge size and production method affect how much detail will read clearly. We help compare a larger layout, simpler detail or a printed approach for artwork that is too intricate for enamel or raised metal. The sample lets your team check the crest, names and wording before bulk production.
Yes. An existing crest, a reference photo or a description is enough to begin. Tell us how the badge will be used and an estimated quantity, and we will help choose the format, size, colors and attachment. We can work through packaging and delivery details together before preparing an accurate quote.
