Custom Pins, with a Factory to Help You Choose

You bring the idea. We help you choose how it looks, how it is worn and how it reaches your customers or members.

A Style for Your Artwork

Bold enamel colors, sculpted metal or a full-color print each give a design a different character. We help you compare the options.

An Order for Your Project

We make custom orders from 500 pieces per design for brand collections, school groups, clubs and events. Each design has its own minimum.

Details That Belong Together

The outline, metal finish and colors all shape the finished pin. Choose a look you like, and we help match the details to the product.

A Sample You Can Hold

See the size, surface and backing in a physical sample before the full order is made. We quote sampling for your design, process and quantity.

Packaging for the Occasion

A backing card gives a retail pin room for your branding. A paper gift box or velvet pouch gives an award or keepsake its own presentation.

Help with Delivery

We can arrange international express, air, sea or rail shipping. We work out the available route, freight cost and timing for your destination and order.

From Your Idea to a Finished Order

You do not need to choose every detail before getting in touch. We work through the design with you, then make a sample before the bulk order.

1. Share Your Idea

Show us a logo, photo or sketch, or simply describe the pin you would like to make.

2. Choose the Look

We help you choose a suitable style, size, finish and backing, and quote the agreed design.

3. Review the Sample

Hold the sample, see how the design looks and let us know what you want to adjust before approving the bulk order.

4. Produce, Check & Ship

We produce to the confirmed requirements, check the products and packaging, and address issues before shipment.

Make the Design Your Own

A school crest, a retail pin and an event giveaway call for different choices. Here are the details we can help you bring together.

  • Shapes & Sizes: Choose a circle, square, rectangle, oval or custom outline, sized to suit the artwork and where the badge will be worn.
  • Materials & Methods: Go for enamel color, raised metal detail or printed artwork. We help choose the base material that suits your design and process.
  • Artwork & Color: Use Pantone references for solid colors, or choose printing for full-color images and gradients where the design calls for them.
  • Metal Finishes: Compare gold, silver, nickel, black nickel and antique finishes for products with visible metal details.
  • Backings: Choose from butterfly or rubber clutches, safety pins, magnetic backings and deluxe clutches. We help match the attachment to the badge and its use.
  • Packaging: Select individual poly bags, backing cards, paper gift boxes, velvet pouches or custom branded packaging.

A design that reads clearly: the logo, lettering and colors should still work at the finished badge size. The outline and backing help complete the piece.

A sample that makes the choice easier: holding the badge reveals its scale, surface and feel in a way a screen image cannot. It is the time to settle the final details.

Start with a Photo, Sketch or Idea

You do not need a finished design file to begin the conversation. Share a reference image, a rough sketch or a short description of the pin or badge you have in mind.

We help you compare pin styles and work out the size, colors, finish and backing. Once the design and sample quote are agreed, a physical sample lets you see the result before committing to bulk production.

What Would You Like to Make?

Send an idea, a reference photo or a style you like. If you know the quantity or have an event date in mind, tell us. We will help you work out the rest.
