Work with WisePins on Your Custom Pins & Badges

You bring the idea; we help you choose the badge style and turn it into a product you can see, wear and share.

1. Our Own Factory

We are a custom pin and badge manufacturer with our own factory and a 27-person factory team. You can discuss your choices directly with us.

2. A Focus on Pins & Badges

Established in 2010, WisePins focuses on pins and badges. We help brands, schools, clubs and event buyers choose a suitable format for their designs.

3. Help Choosing a Style

A logo, photo or simple idea is enough to begin. We explain the differences between enamel, printed and metal designs so you can choose the look you want.

4. Samples Before Bulk Production

See the design as a physical pin or badge before the bulk order. The sample lets you judge its appearance and feel, then approve the details for production.

5. Made for Your Brand

Your badge and its packaging can carry the same brand identity. We help bring the artwork, finish and presentation together for your project.

6. Checks Before Shipment

We check the artwork and colors, dimensions and appearance, backings, quantities and packaging. Any problems we find are addressed before shipment.

Find the Pin or Badge Style You Have in Mind

A colorful logo, a detailed illustration or an all-metal crest can lead to very different badges. Explore these starting points, or show us an idea you would like to make.

Find the Right Type of Pin or Badge

Choose by the look you want: enamel color, sculpted metal detail or printed artwork. We can help if you are deciding between them.

  • Soft & Hard Enamel
Soft enamel gives recessed color areas, while hard enamel gives a smoother face. Compare the two looks for logos, crests and collectible designs.
  • Die Struck Metal
Raised and recessed metal details give a logo or crest its shape. Consider 2D or 3D metal designs for badges that emphasize the metal artwork.
  • Printed Pins
Printing brings full-color illustrations, gradients and detailed graphics onto a pin. We help select UV or offset printing for the artwork and pin format.
  • Button Badges
Round, square and custom-shaped button badges provide a printed face for event graphics, school designs and promotional messages.

Bring Your Artwork into Color

From a simple brand color to a shaded illustration, the right color treatment makes your design recognizable.

  • Pantone Color References
Pantone references help us select solid colors for your logo or crest. If you have them, send them along; you can check the actual appearance on the sample.
  • Full-Color Artwork
Full-color printing suits illustrations and graphics with several colors. It gives you another way to express artwork beyond separate enamel color areas.
  • Gradient Printing
Choose gradient printing for blended backgrounds and shaded illustrations. This approach preserves color transitions that a solid enamel fill cannot show.
  • Epoxy Coating
A clear epoxy layer changes the surface look of a printed pin. Consider it when you want a coated finish; we will check its suitability for your design.

Choose a Metal Finish for Your Design

The finish changes the visible metal color and helps the metal details work with your artwork.

  • Gold Finish
A gold-colored finish gives the visible metal a warm tone. Consider it when your crest, logo or gift design uses warm colors.
  • Silver & Nickel Finishes
Silver and nickel offer silver-colored finishes for exposed metal. They are options for a cooler overall look alongside your logo or enamel colors.
  • Black Nickel
Black nickel gives the visible metal a darker tone. It can frame lighter artwork or support a design with dark metal details.
  • Antique Finishes
Antique gold, antique silver and antique brass offer aged-looking finishes. Consider these tones for heritage-style crests, clubs and commemorative designs.

Match the Backing to How the Badge Will Be Worn

Think about where the badge will go: a lapel, uniform, bag or display card. We will help choose a fitting that suits the badge size and how it will be used.

  • Butterfly & Rubber Clutches
Butterfly and rubber clutches fit onto a pin post. Choose a metal rear fitting or a softer rubber one for lapel pins and collectible designs.
  • Safety Pin
A safety-pin closure fastens on the reverse of the badge. It is a familiar choice for button badges, with the fitting matched to the badge construction.
  • Magnetic Backing
A magnetic fitting attaches without putting a pin post through fabric. Its suitability depends on the badge design and the material it will attach through.
  • Deluxe Clutch
A deluxe clutch is another option for a pin-post design. We can help compare the rear fittings so the back feels as considered as the front.

Present Your Pins & Badges Your Way

A pin for an event handout needs a different presentation from a gift or retail collection. Choose a pack that suits the way yours will reach the wearer.

  • Individual Poly Bags
Individual poly bags separate pins and badges for packing and distribution. They suit projects where each recipient receives a single piece.
  • Backing Cards
A backing card gives the pin a display surface and space for brand artwork. It can help present a retail collection or an event design.
  • Paper Gift Boxes & Velvet Pouches
A paper gift box or velvet pouch gives the badge a separate presentation pack. Consider these formats for gifts, club presentations or commemorative pieces.
  • Custom Branded Packaging
Extend your logo, colors or illustration onto the packaging. A coordinated pack can give your retail collection or event badge a recognizable identity.

Choose Materials That Suit Your Badge

The metal underneath, the surface finish and the way the design is made all contribute to the finished badge. We help put those choices together.

Choose the Base Material

Iron, zinc alloy, brass and stainless steel are available across our pin and badge range. We recommend a suitable base after looking at the product style, shape and artwork.

Compare Material and Finish

Brass, zinc alloy, iron and stainless steel are different base materials; gold, silver and antique describe surface finishes. The color you see does not tell you the metal underneath, so we help compare both choices together.

Material or Compliance Needs

If your organization has a material restriction or compliance requirement, tell us early. We will review what the project needs and confirm what we can meet before quoting.
